Difference between TALK TO and TALK WITH
A lot of students ask me about the difference between talk to and talk with.
The answer is that there’s essentially NO difference when two people are having a
conversation, and both of them are speaking. You can say “Sue is talking to John” or “Sue is
talking with John” – they’re the same!
Some people claim that talk to should be used when it’s only one person speaking, and talk
with should be used when it’s more of a two-sided discussion.

My name is behnam beheshti, born on 1966-06-26 in Tehran Iran. I finished my academic studies in Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest in computer since. English being the language of all courses . While my studies continued I was engaged in the management of my own company established in Budapest Hungary, as general manager and used to spend some time to teaching English language as well as computer, over the five years. Before leaving Iran for Hungary I worked at an international institute for English language in the registration office for one and half year, at the same time I was able to improve my English language. When I return home from Hungary, I started work at chain international transport company for 3 months. Then I went to Italy and worked for Edilco for Stones for one year. Now I am working in Pars Shahab lamp co. in Rasht Iran as a preventive maintenance unit since 1997, I am able speak English, Hungarian and Italian. My hobbies are sport, translate and reading. I am married and have a child.
